If we do, these tools will never replace your personal decision-making or access your data without your consent. Their purpose will be clearly explained, and they will operate under strict privacy and ethical protocols.
Community Features
If you use community tools such as Crew Chat, WhatsApp groups, or the in-app community wall, be aware that your posts may be visible to other users. Please share respectfully. We may monitor community interactions for safety and well-being, but private journal entries or tool responses remain confidential and are never shared with others.
Sensitive Data & Wellbeing Info
Emotional check-ins, reflections, and any wellbeing-related entries you provide in the app are treated as sensitive information under Australian privacy law. These records are encrypted, stored securely, and only used to support your personal development. This data is never sold or misused.
Health Disclaimer
The Uncommon Man – The Tool Box app does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. All tools, content, and support are for educational and personal development purposes only. International Use

Using the App
By using The Tool Box, you agree to use the platform solely for personal development and in accordance with all outlined community and usage guidelines. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share, distribute, or misuse any protected content found within the app.
Who Can Use It
To use The Tool Box, you must be 16 years or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You must also be legally permitted to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Free Version & Feature Access
The Tool Box offers a free version with limited access to certain features. Paid plans include additional tools, deeper coaching functionality, and extended support. Free users are subject to the same user agreements and community guidelines as paid members. Occasionally, you may see in-app promotions related to Uncommon Man programs; however, we do not display any third-party advertisements. We reserve the right to limit or deactivate free accounts that remain inactive for extended periods.
Membership & Payments
When subscribing to a paid plan, pricing details will be clearly displayed before checkout. All payments are securely processed using Stripe or a similar payment platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not guaranteed and are discretionary unless required by law. If there are any pricing changes to your plan, we will notify you in advance.
App Features & Coaching Tools

Disclaimers

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel user accounts if terms are violated, including breaches of community standards or misuse of content. You are free to cancel your account at any time, and once we receive your request, we will confirm when your account has been closed.

Refunds and Auto-Renewal
If you purchase a subscription through the app, it may be set to automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings at any time. Refunds are not guaranteed unless legally required and will be assessed based on your specific case and region.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. By agreeing to these terms, you accept that any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Victorian courts, unless a stronger local consumer law applies in your region.
